After four gruelling months on the Coral Sea and having travelled over 1600kms, yesterday I rounded the final headland of the expedition.
The road from Palm Cove to Port Douglas follows the coast with some spectacular views out to the Coral Sea,and we are now well into Tropical North Queensland with temperatures at around 30c, but with the air conditioning switched on in our Apollo motorhome it was just right for driving.
